Delivery and returns
Can I receive a certificate of inspection with my equipment?
Equipment is inspected by a member of our team at the time it is being packed. If you require a certificate of inspection, please let us know when placing your order or inform us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I need to do to return damaged goods?
Please inform us in writing within 3 days of the date of delivery if the equipment has been damaged in transit. After this time, repair or replacement of the equipment that has been damaged in transit may incur a cost. See also ‘Support and warranty’ section below.
Support and warranty
How can I get my equipment repaired?
We will repair free of charge any equipment which fails within 1 year of the date of delivery, provided that it was used correctly. You will however bear the costs for packing, freight and insurance.
If equipment is older than a year, please contact us to discuss your requirements and to arrange for a quotation.
How can I get technical support?
Contact us directly by email or call our Equip-IT store manager on +44 (0)1491 822 896, who will direct you to the right technical person.
Quotations, invoices and payment
How can I cancel an order?
Many of our products are built to order and tailored to your requirements. You can cancel your order(s) anytime up to 14 working days after the invoice date by contacting us on email@example.com.
If you wish to cancel your orders after this time, you will be only be refunded 50% of the total of the invoice.
How long are quotations valid for?
Our quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the quotation date.
